RETURN POLICY & 60 Night Trial - 2022

All Returns Must Have Proof of Purchase to be Processed

BEDDING:    The term “bedding” refers to mattresses, overlays, foundations, and frames.  Bedding items including electrical adjustable frames, custom or special orders, change outs, close outs, demonstrator mattresses and/or foundations are not returnable, and all sales are final on these items. 5% charge for cancelled orders.  Initial layaway deposits are nonrefundable and if layaway expires, all monies on deposit are nonrefundable.  Full purchase price of the mattress topper(s) can be exchanged for a mattress within 10 YEARS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY ONLY. Mattress topper(s) purchase value will be deducted from the price of a queen or king mattress set and customer keeps the overlay otherwise all sales are final.  No other discounts can be used for the exchange.

 

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and mattresses may be returned for any reason that you are not satisfied upon giving notice to MajesticBeds, LLC (the “Company”) within 60 days of receiving your bedding (90-day comfort exchange for Customers within a 60-mile radius of Royal Oak, Michigan).  Notice should be in writing to document timing of the notice and must be received within the 60 days (90 days for a comfort exchange).  We will arrange to have the bedding pick-up within 10 business days of receiving the notice and will advise you when the freight company will pick-up the bedding.  You will be given the procedures for the return after we receive notice of your intent to return. It will be your responsibility to be available and present for the scheduled pick-up.

 

As per our return policy, the mattress must be returned in its original or acceptable packaging.  To prevent damage in shipping, you are responsible for securely wrapping the mattress in its original plastic bagging or obtaining new plastic bagging and boxing to protect it if the packaging is too damaged to be reused to prevent damage in shipping.  The mattress must be returned in its original condition to qualify for the refund of the purchase price for the mattress.  After the mattress is received, it will be inspected and if it is found to be still in the original or new condition, we will either credit your credit card for your purchase minus the shipping charges and any other charges if applicable. New condition is defined as a mattress that is free of damage or abuse of any kind including stains or soiling.  If the mattress has been damaged, then we will determine how much it will cost to repair or replace the damaged area and that cost will be subtracted from refund.  If the mattress is damaged to the point that it is obvious abuse and cannot be repaired in Company’s our opinion, then the refund will be refused, and the Company’s decision is final.  Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the receipt of the bedding minus $150.00 or 15% of the purchase price (whichever is greater) restocking/destruction fee and pick-up charge of $50.  There is no return or refund on one-time comfort exchanges.

 

If the mattress is packaged properly and damage occurs due to handling during shipping, then the freight company is responsible for the damage and not you.   The shipping service that we are paying for is curb-to-curb which means that the trucker will not enter your home and the product must be taken from or delivered to truck when he arrives at the curb. Your out-of-state shipping costs have been capped at $150 for In Home Delivery and Set-Up and Majestic Beds pays for the rest of the shipping for you. In the event of a return, you are responsible for a pick-up charge of $50 or in the event your mattress was shipped. Any additional costs incurred for failing to follow our procedures or for additional delivery services are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Manufacturer’s warranty for bedding must be activated by the Customer to be in full force from the time of sale and receipt of the bedding.

 

PILLOWS, WEDGES, MATTRESS TOPPERS, MATTRESS PROTECTORS, HOT/COLD PACKS: Due to Department of Health guidelines that prohibits the sale of these returned or used personal items, there is no return for refunds if the packaging has been opened, torn or is damaged in any way and/or that proof the product was not shipped within 5 business days of the date of purchase or if not returned from you within 5 days from the date of receipt.

 

PROMOTION PRODUCTS:  In the event of a mattress return, if applicable, promotion products such as TVs, adjustable power bases, massagers, massage chairs, 0 gravity chairs, pillows or other product promotions received by the customer will be charged at the product sale’s price at the time of purchase and subtracted from the refund.  There are no returns or refunds on new or demo massage chairs or promotions and all massage chairs and/or promotion sales are final. 

 

ALTERATIONS:  Customer agrees to hold MajesticBed.com, Majestic Beds, LLC, its employees, officers, owners, management and independent contractors and vendors harmless and free of liability of any kind for consumer’s continued use and/or misuse of Majestic bedding and/or any alterations made to a mattress, base or other products that may or may not be recommended by the Companies, its employees, owners and/or vendors that are performed at the agreement or instructions of the customer.
