“I am 61 and have been suffering from menopausal hot flashes and night sweats since I was 50. I was never getting a good night’s sleep. I usually slept 4 hours or so and then couldn’t go back to sleep due to being so hot and sweaty. Brain fog has been a huge issue as I never got a good night’s sleep.
